Ingrid Polini

Ingrid is a first-generation immigrant originally from Brazil, and is a successful entrepreneur with over 10 years in tech. She is an international startup advisor and has spearheaded projects in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, the USA, Vietnam, Bermuda, Costa Rica, Jamaica, El Salvador, and Canada. 


As the Founder and former CEO of SafetyDocs Global, she focused on scaling her company in Brazil and expanded it internationally. 


Ingrid continues to work closely with accelerators including The Accelerator Center (Waterloo), The Forge (McMaster), and other innovation hubs to supports early-stage founders, guiding them through their day-to-day operational and strategic challenges.

Eric Agyemang

Founder & Managing Partner

Eric is a first-generation immigrant, originally from Ghana, who has remained deeply committed to elevating immigrants since he permanently moved to Canada in 2009. 


Eric worked with Export Development Canada (EDC) for almost a decade, working with Canadian companies with revenues up to $100 million, to expand their businesses successfully in foreign markets, supporting many large international M&A transactions for Canadian companies. Eric also led EDC’s strategic partnerships with Canada’s leading innovation centres and startup networks.
