FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Eric is the founder of Maple Bridge Ventures, bringing over 15 years of experience as a trade finance executive, angel investor, and community leader. Prior to Maple Bridge, Eric spent nearly a decade at Export Development Canada (EDC), supporting Canadian companies—from early-stage startups to publicly traded multinationals—in expanding into foreign markets. He also led strategic partnerships with Canada’s top innovation hubs, startup accelerators, and entrepreneurial networks.
Eric’s board experience includes serving as President of the Board for the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO) and as a Governor on Algonquin College’s Board of Governors. A 2024 Top Forty Under 40 Award recipient, Eric is deeply committed to fostering innovation and driving inclusive economic growth.

Ingrid is the former CEO and founder of SafetyDocs Global, where she served Fortune 500 clients including Brookfield, Samsonite, AB InBev, and DaVita. With over a decade of experience in tech, she has successfully led projects across 12 countries, combining deep operational and technical expertise.
Ingrid mentors startup founders through top accelerator programs in Canada and internationally, sharing her extensive knowledge to drive innovation and growth. She serves as Co-chair of the Brazilian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce in British Columbia and hosts the Find A Way Podcast, which highlights inspiring immigrant entrepreneurs.
Ingrid is also a member of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA)'s International Committee, where she contributes to fostering global collaboration in venture capital.
